Burmese Yellow Sticky Rice with whole yellow beans

Ingredients – sticky rice, beans, sesame seeds, salt, fried onions, turmeric, oil Cooking instructions – Cook the sticky rice with a bit of salt, oil and turmeric in the rice cooker or on stove using 2 to 1 ratio method. Boil the beans on the stove until they are tender. You can also use the pressure cooker to cook the beans by cooking the same way you would cook any other beans. In the meantime, you can grind the roasted sesame seeds with a bit of salt for seasoning. You can fried your own onion for freshness or you can buy ready made fried onion from the shelf at the Asian grocery store. Once everything is done, plate them and enjoy!
